Absolutely. They can even help you with Universal, offsite hotels and many other destinations.
They can also help with just tickets if you're staying with family or something.
Is it time consuming to use a travel agent?
Not. At. All.
Travel Agents SAVE you time.
Do I book the trip, then contact an agent?
You can, but it's not as convenient because:
A. the trip then needs to be transferred to the agent (few extra steps.)
B. you miss out on all their help with the decisions.
Will I get a better deal if I use a SMRTA?
Yes, and no.
All the pricing from Walt Disney World® Resort is the same no matter who books it, so that's the no part.
But you're going to get 50% of Disney World Within Reach which can save you hundreds so that's the yes part.
Also, SMRTAs know when the promos come out and they check if they can apply them to your booking automatically.
I’m not staying on Walt Disney World® Resort property. Will this work for me?
Yes, agents can book at many offsite hotels, and can help you with tickets either way.
Do SMRTAs offer onboard Disney Cruise Line® credit?
Indeed, they do.
I already bought my tickets and/or paid for my hotel. Can I still use an agent?

Can I still pay with gift cards if I use a SMRTA?
Yep, you sure can!
Will it be difficult to change my plans if I change my mind about something?
Nope, just shoot your SMRTA an email and they will take care of it for you. This is one of my favorite things!
Will they plan out an itinerary for me?
Yes, of course. They will do as much or as little as you would like for them to do. That can mean they plan down to the hour, or they can just help you pick the park for each day, or it can mean they don't do any of the planning for the parks.
